Bug description:
  [Impact]
Misc niggles that make the Ubuntu theme for the dashboard look a bit inconsistent with previous versions.

  [Test Case]
  sudo apt-get install openstack-dashboard
<configure /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings.py to point at an OpenStack Cloud>
Go to login screen (two logos displayed)

  [Regression Potential]
  Minimal - just theme updates

  [Original Bug Report]
  Specifically:

The login screen displays both the default OpenStack Logo and the
  Ubuntu branded one.

  Some spacing is not consistent.
