Title:
  Quiesce ceph-common postinst

Status in ceph package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Currently there is some output from usermod during postinst, even if
there is no change to the user:

  Setting up ceph-common (10.1.1-0ubuntu1) ...
  usermod: no changes

So just add a "2> /dev/null" to the call to usermod like it is done
with all the other user management calls in the postinst.
