  * d/control: Add dependency on ebtables for linuxbridge agent
    (LP: #1502362).
  * d/control,neutron-plugin-sriov-agent.init.in: Add missing dependency
    from sriov-agent -> neutron-plugin-ml2, add agent specific
    configuration file to daemon arguments.
