Bug description:
check_haproxy.sh (for nrpe) is broken for haproxy 1.5.14,
showing all backends down.
This happens because it parses monitoring *HTML* page CSS,
which has changed since haproxy 1.4.
Note that this currently affects all openstack charms that provide
VIP support.
Versions:
openstack: liberty, HA, deployed with 1510 charms release
haproxy: 1.5.14-1ubuntu0.15.10. ( from UCA trusty-updates/liberty/main )
