Thanks for reporting.

I see that oslo-config has been removed [1] from Wily, and python-
oslo.config 1:1.12.1-1ubuntu1 is available now. Thus I believe this
issue has been resolved.


I guess the only thing remaining thing is whether bug 1363808 should be marked as also affecting the new package or what happens with that bug.
