Bug description:
  UPGRADING FROM PREVIOUS HAMMER RELEASE

  Bug #11442 introduced a change that made rgw objects that start with
  underscore incompatible with previous versions. The fix to that bug
  reverts to the previous behavior. In order to be able to access
  objects that start with an underscore and were created in prior Hammer
  releases, following the upgrade it is required to run (for each
  affected bucket):

  $ radosgw-admin bucket check --check-head-obj-locator \
                               --bucket=<bucket> [--fix]
