  radvd is a required dependency for ipv6 networks to work correctly
  from neutron-gateway.

Status in neutron-vpnaas package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  radvd is required when setting up an ipv6 network on neutron-gateway.
  But it is not included as a dependency and has to be installed manually.

  Using Kilo cloud archive repo for trusty.
