  Neutron LinuxBridge Agent does not starts up on Kilo / Trusty

Bug description:
  Guys,

  I'm trying to run OpenStack Kilo on top on Ubuntu Trusty, using Ubuntu
  Cloud Archives but, the service "neutron-plugin-linuxbridge-agent"
  does not starts up.

  I am looking at its "/etc/init/neutron-plugin-linuxbridge-agent.conf"
  file and, I'm seeing that it is trying to run the following program:

  "/usr/bin/neutron-plugin-linuxbridge-agent"

  Which does NOT exists... Look:

  /usr/bin/neutron-plugin-linuxbridge-agent: ERROR: cannot open `/usr/bin/neutron-plugin-linuxbridge-agent' (No such file or directory)

  Looking inside the package contents, I can see:

  ---

  So, the Upstart job seems to be wrong.
