[ubuntu-nz] rsync not working

You also have a few issues:
-u -s ssh 445 - this is not the correct syntax, which is why you get the
first 2 errors (looking for these directories)
/brodieserver - this shouldn't have the leading slash, which is why you get
the 3rd error
Fix these up and you will be good to go :)
