[ubuntu-nz] Evolution to pull down of communication widget

Decided to do a clean install of Ubuntu 12.04 (as some suggested it was
better than just updating). But Ubuntu in their wisdom decided to change
some of the default prog's, which is a shame that they don't give
options during install.
How do I get Evolution back into the drop down menu of the communication
widget on the top bar?
