[ubuntu-nz] updates not installing ??

The debs will be stored in /var/cache/apt/archives/
You can check if they have arrived there and double-click on them to
install, to check they install. But it sounds as if they are not
arriving at all.
Sounds like a communications or access rights issue to me.
