There is an upstream (from Debian) collection of timezone data (The
Olson Timezone database), and I'm confident that the authors of that
will be in the loop already.

I'm certainly watching for an update to come through.

Hopefully long before the start of daylight savings... some people must
be booking things that far ahead already :-)
