Thanks for the clue. The beauty of P*blisher's unique (?) Border-Art 
feature is it's linear scalability, motifs are automatically added or 
subtracted to suit the frame size, plus it can be customised to a 
degree.

I have previously installed the extensive collection of OpenOffice.org 
clipart and there is nothing equivalent. A look through your 
suggestion drew a blank, a good source of clipart though.
