I am using Websurfer and cannot access the location on Wlink's server. If npIX exists, why cannot wlink share the resources among users of other ISPs? And how does npIX charge money form ISPs?

Why Don't you ask websurfer guys to fix it. I am pretty sure about it that wlink hasn't define any rule to block from others connection. you can access it from outside even if you not in NPIX. I have tested it from others ISPs connection too. ie vianet, mitralink and others...they can easily access it. anyway is u have problem to d/w this iso please contact me and get it hai... :)
