Rome wasn't built in a day; true. But it was built eventually :-)

Perhaps, it's only handful of us who see value in such an idea and the main experts just don't have enough time on their hand or there isn't enough reason to justify ham radio or other forms of emergency communication. Maybe, we are discussing on a wrong mailing list with the wrong audiences. Thoughts anyone?
