[ubuntu-np] [foss-nepal] Ubuntu Localization through IRC

This is to remind you all once again about the localization of Ubuntu that
we are trying to accomplish by collaboration over IRC. Please join in
#ubuntu-np channel on freenode irc. If you haven't used IRC before, you can
find quick way to connect

(Just type in #ubuntu-np instead of #foss-nepal).
