Localisation

Hi all,

Some days ago we had an informal discussion on IRC regarding getting localised apps into Ubuntu. The
project needs some form of funds. Would anyone happen to know how the procedure goes for submitting
a request for funding? Besides, we can talk here and do some real action of which I think Ankur is
taking the lead (i.e. as far as I know). Ankur, are you still working on it?

So, where could be possible place to get translators and other people needed for translating
applications into Nepali?
