This kernel does not support RARP.

guys i was recently working with my work and what i found showed up
something like "This kernel does not support RARP." while i was trying
this command 
	$ rarp -a
but i think i can use arp without any problem.
now i have some questions:
1> how can i configure my kernel so that i can use rarp.
	guys incase any solution please do forward it to me.
