Great surmandal! :) If in KDE - 'kdesu -c sh 
/media/cdrom/cdromupgrade;' or even simply 'su -c 
'sh /media/cdrom/cdromupgrade;' or 'sudo sh 
/media/cdrom/cdromupgrade;'. Lot of ways of doing 
the same thing.
