Can't Access opensource.wlink.com.np

Hey,
I could never access http://opensource.wlink.com.np for some "mysterious"
reasons. I use wlink cable. My IP range is 124.41.xxx.xxx. I can download
from http://opensource.mitra.net.np with a fairly fast speed but my own ISP
is not letting me grab the good stuffs.
Anyone from wlink who can help?
