the reason party is so important is because it 
gives users/developers or anyone interested in 
using Ubuntu a chance to meet up physically and do 
stuffs that are very hard to coordinate over 
mailing list plus people get to know each other 
and that sorts..

Plus the CD is also shipped to approved LOCO. If 
anyone's interested to do that in Nepal please 
contact the NepalTeam members.
