Cooperation between Fenno-Ugric peoples and Scandinavia?

There is a strong purpose. Many ethical goals. Sorry for late reply.

One aim is to mitigate/alleviate digital poverty and help organize informal
school support for students on a voluntary basis.

I have rented a big classroom in my hometown and we have been helping
pensioners and immigrants and unemployed people. I have no funding yet for
the classroom rent. I will initiate four fundraising campaigns soon.

One of the most important purposes for this classroom and the new
association is to organize Ubuntu mate workshops http://dy.fi/isr and
develop them to national and international working methods

Sorry I have been too busy to even write coherently.

I have cooperation with various cities and branches of administration about
these innovative methods for helping immigrants integrate and for saving
the environment (Linux-based computer recycling see e.g. Goinglinux podcast
and books) and for helping poor people acquire low-cost computers for
everyday things and for helping old people overcome outdated misconceptions
and fears regarding computers. With Ubuntu MATE this all will be easier and
more cost-effective

I have too many ideas. Let us discuss in a blog more easily! Which blog?

Fundraising just to raise funds, without a clear purpose can be tricky.

help in coordinating. Will these emailing lists be enough for the initial
planning or would we need more flexible forums?

suggest that you also write a introductory forum-post on each of the
national forums, introducing the idea, and then leaving a link to where you
think the discussion should be continued (here or elsewhere).

want to solve with an official association, or what tasks the association
should perform, once established. From what I read right now, all I see is
fundraising with no purpose.
