[ubuntu-no] Graphical RunLevelEditor

Hi all.
I'am promoting Ubuntu on work and to friends and one of the demands I
get in return is the need of a Graphical RLE
for easy starting/stopping/disabling of services
Update-rc.d does not sell well to ex RedHat users.. ;-)

After a quick search on google after a Graphical RLE, I came up pretty
short.
Does anyone here know of project focusing on this or a finished bin file
I can test?
