Google Earth foutmelding.

Ik ben net zo'n  beginner als jij, en installeerde toevallig een uurtje voor
ik je mail las ook google-earth, volgens de aanwijzingen hier: <

Dat artikel eindigt met de melding dat het probleem dat jij meldt regelmatig
voorkomt, en dat het als volgt kan worden opgelost (en bij mij werkte dat
probleemloos):
"To fix this, browse to the folder you installed Google Earth into. By
default this will be *google-earth* in your home folder. Find the file *
libcrypto.so.0.9.8* and rename it to something else, like *
libcrypto.so.0.9.8.bak*. Google Earth should now start correctly."
