Screen-instellingen zonder GUI ongedaan maken

Vincent,

Ook jouw tweede suggestie werkte niet.
De oplossing is uiteindelijk gevonden in de manpage /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Daarin wordt een oplossing gegeven om dit config-file weer  
automatisch te updaten (sudo dpkg -reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg).  
Deze oplossing heeft de grafische besturing via het laptop-scherm  
weer teruggegeven.
