sip, la idea es que exista un MOTU Council que se encargue de acelerar ese
proceso, lo mismo va a suceder en futuro para la membresía de nuevos Ubuntu
Members que va a ser regulada por consejos regionales/continentales... tal
vez con eso también se logre eliminar la barrera del idioma
