Ali Linx appeals to the Ubuntu GNOME community to help the GNOME
Foundation defend the GNOME trademark against Groupon who announced a

agreed to change its product name.

MATE 14.10, provides a couple of screenshots, and says MATE 1.8 is
included rather than MATE 1.6 that is available in the official
repositories.
