new members and takes the opportunity to recap what the LoCo council
does and does not do for the community. Jose lists the council's main
roles, informs us that each of the council members will contact all

grow together as we move ever onward!"

Ubuntu 14.04 can be downloaded.

Joey-Elijah Sneddon of OMG! Ubuntu! writes that the press reaction
towards the latest release of Ubuntu can be described as muted as was
13.10 not the most exciting release of the year but the it coincided
with the release of Windows 8.1. Joey-Elijah quotes from several
