Adding news re: Ubuntu Core

Hi folks,

I think considering the last announcement at the Ubuntu Summit (Ubuntu Core
Desktop) we should probably highlight it on Monday's edition.

I'm working with Canonical on seeing if they'll release a blog post - if
so, can we get it out the door in time?
