UbuCon Asia 2023 will be hold in Indonesia!

Last weekend, organizers of UbuCon Asia reviewed proposals from Indonesia
and Nepal teams, and had a Q&A session with teams applied for.

After the Q&A session, we did a vote to choose one of them as the location
of this year's UbuCon Asia. The voting started last saturday night and
ended yesterday midnight which was 2023-03-18 15:00 UTC+0.

As a result, the Indonesia team was selected as the location of this year's
UbuCon Asia!

More details on UbuCon Asia will be announced later this month or early
