Shutting down some community infrastructure

Hi Philipp,

We are still looking into details on how this can be done but we are
not going to upgrade in place. planet.u.c will be migrated to more up
to date platform. We don't expect any significant downtime (if any).
I'll let you know closer to the date when we are ready to run this
migration.
