G'day
FYI: Just followed some links on the pages, which lead to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IRC/IrcCouncil/MeetingAgenda
which needs update; next meeting to apply Sept 9, 2015.
Maybe the date should be removed; only mentioning 3rd Wednesday of
month, but instructions for IRC Council require IRC/Membership which
leads & requires adding yourself to outdated-page.
