Suggestion for Ubuntu Weekly newsletter - Podcast Ubuntu Portugal

Hi.

While I initially felt similar to Chris and could follow his reasoning
as to other non-English podcasts:

- The two mentioned examples are both dead for a while now.
- We've included non-English articles full with summaries in the past.
- It would currently be the only non-English podcast to include.
- It only appears like monthly rather than weekly as the two we feature
currently.

So I'd say we try with it and:

- Include it as a third featured podcast full with summary.
- Try and just quote the intro they give as we do with the UK LoCo one
already.
- If there are any more requests from non-English podcasts to be
included, with more frequent and overlapping appearances, we might opt
to just list them bullet-pointed under an "Other Languages" header.

Regards,
Krytarik Raido
