Results for the Membership Board voting using maillist

Hi,

We had a candidate in the 1st Thursday meetings[0] who had not signed the
CoC, so we voted using our maillist after he signed it.

Therefore, on behalf of the Ubuntu Membership Board, I am announcing a new
Ubuntu member.
