Bug 1602344 opened against the CoC for more explicit condemnation of harassment

Hello,

I just opened a bug [1] to pave our way to amend the CoC [0] so that it
gets to be clearly visible we do not accept harassment (and, by
consequence, bullying) in any form, for any reason.

This is the sequence from the discussions previously held in this
mailing list [2], and a session on UOS 1605 [3].

Our view is that a small change will suffice. Michael Hall has added
the proposed branch to the bug [4]. This, we expect, will
precede additional information added around the CoC (but not directly
part of the CoC), so that examples and pointers can be given.

Please comment. We need feedback from the community.

Cheers,

..C..
