Could you expand upon what you had in mind, and how this differs from
what we did for issue 300?

I should note that we don't want folks editing the newsletter
themselves after it's been published to add anything, and the only
good way we have to solicit feedback right now is via email (either
here on the list or to us personally) or IRC. The Ubuntu wiki editing
privileges are still incredibly restrictive so we can't just create a
wiki page and have people leave words of thanks there, Ubuntu
Etherpads are also restricted.
