New Ubuntu Members

Hello,

On behalf of the Ubuntu Membership board I'd like to welcome the
latest Ubuntu Members elected during the last meeting.

Alberto Salvia Novella is the coordinator of the One Hundred Papercuts
project, helps out in the Bug Control & Ubuntu Evangelists teams.

Sylvain Pineau is one of the main developers for System Testing (aka
CheckBox) and SRU Hardware Testing.  He is also active on Ask Ubuntu.
