Hello everybody,

as stated in my other mail, I'd love to use this mailing list as a place
where people can contribute development-related news to. To make it
clear where it is intended, I'd ask them to prefix their mail subject
with "[dev]" so it's a bit clearer where it is intended to go.

If there are no objections (at least until the mass of incoming mails
becomes unbearable, which I do not expect to happen any time soon), I'd
rewrite https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/News and point people
to this mailing list.
