Edubuntu Council Updates

Greetings!

As voted by the Edubuntu Members[1], Marc Gariépy[2] joins the Edubuntu
Council[3] to serve for the next term of 2 years.

Jordan Ericksson[4] and Richard Johnson[5] has stepped down from the
Council due to other commitments. We thank them for their role in
Edubuntu so far and hope that they will continue to be involved on other
levels.

In lieu of the change in number of members in the Council (down to 5
members from 6), the quorum have been updated to be 3 members from 4.

We welcome Marc to the Council and hope that he'll have lots of fun
working on improving the Edubuntu community.
