Hello everyone,

The approval results from the February 18th Americas Membership meeting are as
follows:

Artem is a long-time user of open-source hardware and software. He has been
contributing to Ubuntu since Dapper, and has done a lot of work with the
Russian translation teams. Recently, he has been doing a lot of work with the
development teams, where he hopes to someday become a MOTU and a sponsor.
