Rough news team "todo" list

Hi everyone,

Just so we're all on the same page, over the weekend I blogged
about[0] the team and put together some "todo" items at the bottom of
the post:

Still to do:

UbuntuWeeklyNewsletter wiki
 * Make sure workflow is properly documented
 * Confirm team contact information has been updated
 * Review instructions for how to get involved
 * General clean-up for clarity
Train additional releasers
Redefine team structure and leadership

I think the wiki cleanup is most important right now since we've been
getting by ok otherwise, I'm going to start reviewing these docs this
weekend and we'll talk about them in channel.

Of course this is just my list, if others have things to add please do
(I think fridge theme freshening should be on this list somewhere to
comply with Ubuntu website branding standards, but I think we're
waiting to hear back from the webdev guys about what we need to fix).
