Fridge editor application

Hi folks!

I've worked with Nathan Handler some to get Ubuntu Women interviews
posted to the fridge and have been working with some loco teams who
are planning on submitting some loco stories to the fridge series.

It occurred to me that I should probably apply to be a fridge editor
so I could help will all of this on this end too.
