Translations team topics for Fridge posts

Hi all,

We've been holding Ubuntu Translations meetings for a while now, and I
think it would be a good idea to post them to the Fridge and have them
in the Planet, as other teams do.

Would it be possible to add a new 'Translations' topic under 'Teams',
where we could file these posts?

I.e. as the current teams listed under 'Teams' do:

Teams
- Translations
