Amber having problems posting -news list

Yesterday was Amber's first go at publishing the UWN to the -news list. 
I had set her up as an admin. on the list, but no matter what we tried, 
her emails would not to the holding section set up for approvals.

If anyone has any ideas that would help us solve this, it would be 
appreciated. I figure it's something small that I've not done to set her 
up correctly, but at this point I'm stumped.
