I spoke with Mark a few weeks ago in response to an email he sent me. He 
is more than happy to help with the 200th issue. The UWN team had a 
meeting last night, and Amber is setting up a google doc page for us to 
outline and kabitz about issue 200. As soon as that's in place we'll 
start having meetings and I'll forward the address to you.
