I've gone ahead and posted a second Interview to the Fridge [1]. I
think that it might be a good idea to create a wiki page where people
can add questions. Then, people conducting interviews can pull
questions from that page. This should give a little more variety
without any extra work for the people conducting the interviews. I
would also be more than willing to help out with conducting the
interviews, but I must say that you all are doing a terrific job with
them so far.
