Fridge openid code

Hi,

The code is done, yay.  It's now going through some testing.  I'm also
in discussions with Mark S. about open sourcing it.  Once it's passed
testing I'll request that this be deployed to the fridge.
What this means to you is that you'll be able to login to the fridge
as editors using your Launchpad openid based upon your membership in
the Launchpad fridge team.
