Adding Craig Eddy as a Fridge Editor

Craig is doing a great job for Ubuntu, UWN and the AZ LoCo team. He 
would be a great asset to the Fridge.

Craig has been working on the UWN for a long time now. He would be
valuable as Fridge editor. It would allow him to post the UWN to the
Fridge, as well as keeping the Fridge calendar updated.

If there are no objections, I'd like to set him up with an account on
the Fridge.
