Reserving #ubuntu-meeting for events in September

    I'd like to reserve #ubuntu-meeting for some recurring events, as follows:

Thursdays, 12:00 UTC: Ubuntu Mobile Meeting
Thursdays, 13:00 UTC: Ubuntu Desktop Meeting
Thursdays, 14:00 UTC: Ubuntu Java Meeting

    In case the recurrence engine isn't working yet, Thursdays in
September include the 4th, the 11th, the 18th, and the 25th.

    I'd also like to reserve some less obviously recurring events, as follows:

Friday, 5th September 20:00 UTC: MOTU Meeting
Friday, 19th September 04:00 UTC: MOTU Meeting
Friday, 3rd October 12:00 UTC: MOTU Meeting
