schedule addition on behalf of the tech board

hi,
the tech board asked me to contact a fridge calendar admin to put up the
two weekly technical board meeting on the calendar.

it happens on tuesdays bi-weekly at 14:00 UTC (starting with sept. 9th i
guess, since adding todays meeting wont make sense)

could that please be added ?
